Good once we got all of the parts
Took 2-3 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately some parts were missing,so after informing the company and giving them clear information(even marking on the parts list and sending via email), they only sent some of what was missing. So after waiting2 weeks for that,we then had another 2 weeks to wait for the last parts. Also one of the pieces needed holes drilling. The quality of the wood is good, and my daughter is now happy with her bed! Be aware,the shelves are not included.

Excellent bed! The quality of the wood, the service , the instructions, all was perfect. We assembled the bed together with my 14 years old son with no problem.
