Excellent product! It arrived promptly, had everything I needed to make the switch, and the new buttons work perfectly and are indistinguishable for the old ones. I feel like I have a new controller for a fraction of the cost of buying a new one.

If you don't mind opening up your controller, this is a pretty easy repair. XBox controllers are so crap now, that you probably should get used to opening up your controller. These replacements are much sturdier than stock and I've been happy with the performance.

Saved a lot of money over having to replace the entire controller. Comes with TWO bumpers and everything you need to service 2 Xbox One X/S controllers. My 2nd controller needed it's bumper buttons replaced a week later. Seems that video pinball takes a heavy toll on these buttons

Many of us just need the bumpers. The manufacturer should make a SKU that contains a handful of them without the wasteful extras and tools. Microsoft has a serious design flaw with this part, so these inevitably break just like the OEM ones do. But, this has been a reliable and well fitting option for replacement.

Honestly, one of the best sub-$10 purchases I’ve ever made from Amazon. Quality replacement parts that didn’t necessitate me having to break out my tool set because of the included tools, all in a neat little package, and has a spare? Please and thank you. One short YouTube video later, and we took the top spot in a multiplayer game immediately afterward. Glad to have my controller back up and running

I bought the blue camo XBOX wireless controller almost 1.5 years ago and a couple of weeks ago the left clicker stopped working in the middle of the game. I did my research and found it happens often with the left clickers. I have had another wired controller for almost 8 years and it works without any issues. I watched a couple of videos on YouTube and it took 30 minutes to repair the XBOX wireless controller. All parts were fit as should, like OEM parts from Microsoft. I'm glad I replaced the broken part and saved some $$.

Muy buen repuesto. Casi de la misma calidad de plásticos como las originales. Embonan perfecto. No tienene rebabas que hagan que no embonen. Excelentes repuestos. Lo único "malo", su cuña de plástico no sirve para abrir el plástico del control, pues no entra por la separación de los mangos, pero la verdad, lo que interesa son los botones.

easy to install, looks good, and fits the xbox series x controller better than expectations. I didn't notice a color difference or gap in material like other reviews had commented. if your bumper broke then this is a good kit. I used ifixit tools and not the ones provided so can't comment on those. if you don't have ifixit toolkit then you should get one, worth the investment.
