These are wonderful! I have a very painful foot which has suffered significant damage when broken in an accident years ago, and now it has very bad arthritis. I cam across these by accident in Boots who now don't seem to sell them any more. I wrap one of these around the offending foot in the evening and then go to bed in it. They get incredibly warm around the foot and I think calm down the inflammation. I will definitely be stocking up again. I thoroughly recommend for poorly bits of the body. The actual 'plaster' bit is large and although you might worry that it will hurt when you remove it doesn't at all, and yet stays on, as I have said, all night.

These are brilliant...work really well and quickly! They can be cut to any size, so great for painful fingers, knees etc and no strong smell! Some pain patches really get hot and smell quite strong but these are the best I have tried and they peel off quite easily when you wish to remove them so that really helps!!

Waste of money, tried these to place on my back for nighttime back pain, does not stick well, ended up throwing it in the bin after 5 minutes of battling with it, big waste of money, a real shame as I wanted something more natural.

Made of ingredients of 100% natural origin, combining 14 essential oils (Cajeput, Roman Chamomile, Clove, Eucalyptus, Eastern teaberry, Juniper, Lavandin, Marjoram, Pappermint, Niaouli, Nutmeg, Pine, Rosemary, Turpentine) and Capsicum.
Directions
Apply on the sensitive area as needed: neck, shoulder, wrist, elbow, back, thigh, knee, calf, ankles. Customizable adhesive patch: cuttable to size. Nice and stretchy texture: adapts to all movements.
Safety Warning
The patch must be applied to healthy skin, dry and not greasy. It must not be applied to wounds, sensitive skin, the face, irritated skin, mucous membranes, especially after hair removal or shaving. The patch gives a sensation of heat and may cause a normal local skin redness. If you feel a burning sensation, develop a skin irritation or allergy, remove the patch immediately. Do not wear for over 8 hours. Do not repeat the application on the same area every 24 hours. Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended for children less than 15 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women or people with seizure disorders or epilepsy.
