These glasses are sleek and beautiful! The touch of rose gold truly makes these unique.But the best part of about this purchase was the customer service and experience. Included in the box is a note that reads "With Love..." and provides an email address for any questions or concerns with their product. So when I found a slight imperfection in my glasses, I tried writing to the email address on the note...to my surprise an email came back within hours with a lovely message explaining that their products are handmade and offering to replace them immediately. I received those replacements in a couple of days and they're perfect. ...I even received a follow-up messaging ensuring satisfaction with the new ones!Thank you so much Jane & Michelle! - I'll be putting in another order for another pair soon!
