This is a great air purifier! We actually just purchased a second one after loving our first for a year now. I find the noise level to be very low. It has useful settings and it is easy to use. The replacement filters for the unit are reasonably priced which was important to me. I was convinced that this purifier really worked when my next door neighbor was having some cement sealed in their back yard and I started smelling fumes in my house. I moved the air purifier to the back of the house close to where the sealing was happening and within minutes I couldn't smell the fumes anymore. It also really helps with pet smells. Highly recommend this product!

I bought two of these, they both worked great for two months. One stopped working at all when I cleaned the filter and plugged it in so I contacted the company's customer service department. Got a very quick reply asking for a video of the problem, which I sent. Another quick reply with a request for order confirmation so they can send me a replacement. I would VERY MUCH recommend the company!

This product is well made, very easy to use and has multiple settings. It does kick out cold air but you can adjust the level, which is nice. I feel it does a thorough job purifying the air in my bedroom. My son liked it so much he bought one for his room.

We live in the basement part of our house me and my daughter husband my mom and son are upstairs it's a 70 style house so very chopped off upstairs very tiny bedrooms so we decided to renovate the downstairs and there's always with any basement no matter what you do somewhat of a thickness in the air in these have helped extremely I literally like once every two weeks take the filter out and vacuum it off clean it off put it back in it's amazing the dust that these things have trapped like I couldn't believe it and I have not seen any dust on the walls or anything since we got these we do keep them running 24/7 all the time

It completely stopped working (lights on still) shortly after purchase. I contacted customer service multiple times with no response. Wasted money. If they are reading this, I hope you reach out and make it right!

I have four of these in my house and I love them. I can visibly and physically feel the difference it has made in the air quality of my home. I know it works because the filter gets gross after a week or two. It’s great for pet owners and smokers, but I recommend a different one by the same merchant. It’s the tall square one with the LED indicator that tells you the quality of the air by changing color. That one is easier to use and and useful because of that LED feature.

Have it in our living room. Liked it so much we bought a second one for our bedroom.

The unit was good. I’ve been using it for a week now and I can tell the difference because I have rhinitis. I’m currently pregnant and getting lots of nose congestion but this helps me to breath better. But I as much as I want to love the product, I have noticed that the fan speed just randomly changes. Now I don’t know if I should request for a refund and return the unit or just use it and see until when it will be useful. I can’t troubleshoot it in my own since there’s no option for this problem that I’ve mentionUPDATE: Customer service was top notch. Been able to come up with a solution and will purchase a different/bigger unit from them in the future since I have tested this one. The unit does its job in purifying the air around my house from smells, dust, and allergens. Would recommend to others

This filter is wonderful. Different settings, exactly as described, quiet, effective, definitely noticed how well it worked during wildfire smoke events.

Working very good. Large Hepa filter. Can be a little loud on high but has a sleep mode which is quiet. I gave a four star just because every once in a while on high the speed slows a bit. Works well on smells, I don't think it works on dog hair, I have never seen any on the filter.

I bought this because of the wildfires and it was so smoky in my area of SW Ont. It really makes the air inside smell cleaner. Overall great if you have allergies to filter some of that out as well. I like this one you can turn off the lights on the screen. 3 fan speeds and one quiet-bed time mode is great.

Lasted about 6 months while using very little. What first went is some of the options on control panel and cont to use for a few weeks after then it wouldn't turn on at all. Overall worked ok, wasnt really quiet but i did have right beside bed and got use to it. Sleep mode is quiet but it isnt pushing that much air so not sure if it is really useful. It pushes good amount of air on high but it isnt quiet and doubt any other at that speed would be. The product was good when it worked and useless when it died.
