Absolutely Nasty® Kakuro Level Three (Absolutely Nasty® Series)

This book is a beauty. The difficulty is quite hard, but manageable, when you understand the rules and learn some of the combinations by heart. The grids stand out in the very openness of their layout, and there are often some quite big blocks of white cells. You will never have to resort to trial and error if you just remember to look out for hidden pairs and triplets. I'll estimate the difficulty to be about the same as in the book "second-degree black belt kakuro". A very satisfying experience.

These books are the best Kakuro puzzles I have come across. Each puzzle takes between 40 minutes and a couple of hours to do and it's most enjoyable the way the numbers slot into place as you make progress. There are only 4 in the series and I write this review as I am nearing the end of book 2. I'm looking forward to books 3 and 4 and I don't know what I'll do when they're finished! I cannot recommend these books highly enough.

I bought it for her in-doors because she likes doing the puzzles. Plus it keeps her quiet and out of my hair. Peace at last.... thanks Conceptis...

This book is cruel. There I was feeling smug having completed Level One and Two without too much trouble. This one's a whole different ball game and I feel thick. Just think how big my head will be if I do get through it though!

I am a huge Kakuru fan, and love book 3. I can do these puzzles literally all day long. Keeps my brain healthy! Great value!

I would compare it to the Brown belt book in another series, it’s difficult but not impossible to solve. It’s a good challenge, I would recommend for people who find the second level a little too easy.

great book of puzzles

Mein lieblings Kakuroblock bisher. Die Kakuros sind immer eine Seite groß (24x14 Felder) und man hat ordentlich zu knobeln. Bisher die schwierigsten, die ich gefunden habe. Aber alle sind dann doch lösbar und notfalls gäbe es noch die Lösungen hinten im Block.
