if your existing thermostat on the wall wont give you heat where you most need it the fit thermo valves to all your rads and instal this wireless model.as its remote you can literally have one room heated on demand without upsetting other occuppants who dont like heat where you want so no battles turning the roomstat up and down and save on gas too as you can zone the heating only where you need it eg.colder extremities of your house,in mine its the down stairs loo,( faces north),by putting the freestanding remote in there when necessary.Be aware the booklet comes in German only so if your not multi- lingual go the honeywell site and download the ENGLISH version.Easy to instal if your into DIY, Please note you will need a permanent live supply to the sender unit which fits where the roomstat was usually so if your programmer controls the power here you will have to alter the wiring to it to make this happen but leave the hot water circuit intact at the programmer or clock as this kit will not control hot water,only heat.A good buy for the price I"m saving gas already after 3 months use.

Instructions came in german, but company e-mailed the English version on request. Fitted by an electrician and working well.

This seems to be working well now...although it took a lot of working out and rewiring. Had to get an electrician in the end.

The 'easy to follow' installation guide is in German with no information as to download an English version.If anyone has found a site please post a reply.

It's not programable; it either keep the boiler fired up or quiet. Good where the heating is required 24/7 to keep constant temperature.The instructions manual is in German only; I found English version on the Internet, but that should either be stated in the description or attached to the product.Generally speaking I think there are specific, but rather narrow uses for this device - and for those it's a good product.

Wired it up exactly as it says, but simply does NOT work. More wasted money. Seemed like a good idea but a total failure. Don,t buy, if you have any sence.

The product itself is really good. However, the enclosed instructions were in German. No option for any other language. Considering that I ordered from a UK website, the least you may expect is Instructions in English. Thanks to the Internet, I was able to Google for same and found pdf file. Easy to install .

Installation facile, le thermostat est déjà pré- programmé pour une régulation de base avec chaudière fioul et radiateurs. De nombreux réglages sont disponibles pour chauffage par le sol et autre. Il détecte la qualité du signal afin d'être certain d'avoir une connexion avec la base. Il a été utiliser pendant un hivers complet avec succès. Je peux le déplacer à ma convenance pour réguler la pièce que je souhaite. Mode Eco pour une durée à définir en heure, aucune programmation possible.

Posé dans un appartement où les chambres sont plus froides que le salon et où le thermostat initial avait été installé dans le salon. Je n'avais pas envie de tirer des câbles électriques jusque dans les chambres, donc une solution sans fil s'imposait. Ce thermostat remplit bien son rôle.Une remarque toutefois, qui lui fait perdre une étoile:- à intervals réguliers (5, 10 ou 20 min), le thermostat envoie un signal à la chaudière et la déclenche, même si la température est atteinte, ce qui force la chaudière à fonctionner et donc risque d’abîmer le brûleur à la longue.Facile à installer et bon rapport qualité/prix.Sinon pour le négatif, mais qu'on savait avant d'acheter, car dans la description ou les commentaires:- jusqu'à présent peu ou pas de pertes de connection- pas modulant, donc la chaudière est allumée ou éteinte mais ne module pas- pas de programmation- la base fonctionne sur secteur et non sur pile comme mon ancien thermostat

El producto es soberbio. El control de temperatura es optimo, se nota desde el primer momento, consiguiendo un nivel de confort muy eficaz.La única pega es que las instrucciones viene en alemán, y aunque es muy intuitiva la puesta en marcha, conviene bajarse de internet las instrucciones aunque sean en ingles o francés, porque no hay posibilidad de conseguirlas en español, razón por la que le he calificado con 4 estrellas en lugar de 5.A pesar de esta pequeña contrariedad el producto es extraordinario

Voilà maintenant environ 18 mois que ce thermostat est en service et il fonctionne parfaitement. Les piles n'ont pas encore été remplacées et il évite bien d'avoir à passer des fils surtout dans des bâtiments anciens où ce n'est pas toujours aisé.

Bon thermostat d'ambiance sans fil Honeywell facile à installer et à utiliser, que j'utilise pour affiner la température de consigne d'un climatiseur en mode froid.Je recommande.
