Google Pixel 7 Pro 5G, 128GB, Obsidian - Unlocked (Renewed)

Ordered a "Good" quality one, expecting maybe a few scratches on the back. Lo-and-behold it's in absolutely PRISTINE condition. I was using a Nord N10 previously and I've gotta say, swapping to a 1440p OLED screen is a WORLD of a difference in the general viewing quality. The battery is absolutely stellar as well, took it to work at 50%, played music with bluetooth through the day, by the time I got home it was at 17%. 33% battery usage for non stop streaming music and intermittent usage across the span of 7 hours is pretty damn impressive. I've only used budget phones in the past, so the camera quality was a MASSIVE upgrade compared to what I've been accustomed too as well. I cant say how it compares to devices like current year iphones or samsungs, but there's no way its very far behind either one at all. At this price point (Mine was $180), I really do not think it's possible to get an android device that has this level of quality. This is a must have for people on a budget.

Pretty ironic that only a Google phone can be totally deGoogled. Ha. My Pixel 7 Pro arrived fast, in excellent condition and completely unlocked. I was able to install GrapheneOS without a hitch and it works great. I've been wanting one of these for a while. Now, I'm almost totally degoogled. If you're getting one of these to run GraphenOS, do it. It feels so freeing and you can do everything and more that you could on any other normie phone. Graphene comes with the option to run Google Play sandboxed, so you can still run pretty much any app and get push notifications without needing a Google account or giving it hardly any permissions. I get nearly everything I need on F-Droid though. The camera really is awesome. The camera app that comes with GrapheneOS works great, but the only Google app I use is their Pixel camera app that I downloaded through Aurora store because it has some really neat timelapse and night features that can take full advantage of the camera. It took a few tries reconnecting on Aurora to allow me to load it, but eventually it connected through a Russian server and works perfect. It's all in English and the same version, it just installed through a different server since apparently they do some type of check and only allow the camera app to be downloaded on Pixel phones. Be sure to update the phone several times before installing GrapheneOS. It had Android 13 when I received it, but after running all the updates, its up to version 15 now. Battery life has been excellent, so far. I think a large part of that is just because it doesn't have Google constantly running stuff in the background. This is the best phone and OS I've ever had. It does suck that there's no SD card slot or headphone jack, but with how cheap storage is and how simple it is to transfer stuff, its not really a big deal. The 5x optical zoom camera makes up for it. The only complaint I have is it showed a charging brick in the description photos and when I asked if it was included, the automatic AI thing told me it was. I did not receive a charging brick, any accessories or literature, only a cheap 2.0 USB-A to USB-C cable not good for transferring data. The phone is awful. The touchscreen only works on occasion, can't get past one bar, freezes constantly, battery drains in two hours... So many things wrong with this phone, it was completely defective.

Buying a renewed product is a hit-or-miss in my experience, but this was by far the best experience I have had with purchasing a renewed product. This phone goes for roughly $900 in my area, and buying a refurbished version of this phone saved me around $500. So far, I have had a positive experience using this as a daily driver. This phone did not ship in an OEM enclosure, which I expected. I did, however, expect a charging block, which did not come with my phone. No big deal, though, because they did ship a data-capable USB-C cord with my phone. The phone was wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap and was padded with paper. Everything has worked properly from what I used, all the way from the fingerprint sensor to the NFC reader. There was a smudge on the screen when I opened the package, but I was able to buff it out with a microfiber cloth. No visible scratches exist on the screen or outside of the phone. Other than that, this is a solid phone to have. It has already beat my old iPhone 12 Pro in regards to hardware and battery life, and I will not be looking back at Apple products anymore. The phone is fast, responsive, and a great size for someone with relatively big hands. One great feature that made this phone stand out compared to other phones like Samsung is that the bootloader is easily unlockable, allowing me to flash a custom ROm and root my phone which gives me unrestricted control over the operating system.

My Pixel 6 Pro decided to go for a swim with me in a lagoon. I decided to move to Google fi to get the Pixel 10 Pro but at I ended up postponing it. I bought a "renewed" Pixel 7 (not pro) for business reasons. That one was almost new but the battery is well...used. This one on the hand didn't look new like the regular 7 but the battery is in excellent shape. After a new screen protector and a case, it looks new. Very happy with it, I wish I can buy from the same seller.

Phone came on time and is in excellent condition,but for one thing. Very poor cellular signal. This would be a five star if not for the cellular signal.

I was nervous about spending $300 on a renewed phone- but I am so glad I did. I have only had the phone for a day- so I will update if my opinion changes. So far, the phone was in excellent condition- no scratches on the screen or back that I could see. I put in my SIM from here in Bangladesh and it was recognized immediately. I connected to my pixel 3XL and was able to transfer everything over seamlessly and quickly. This morning, I updated to Android 14- again an easy task. I have only taken a few pictures so far- but they definitely live up to the Pixel camera name. I tried out Interpreter mode and I can see me getting a lot of use out of that. The face recognition doesn't always work- and sometimes it turns the phone on when I don't actually want it to. The in-screen fingerprint sensor works great- so I may just disable face recognition. I ordered from SoonerSoft electronics when they matched the lowest price available on Amazon Renew- because they had the best customer ratings. I wasn't disappointed. The phone arrived must sooner than estimated and lives up to its 'excellent condition' rating. Update on the face unlock: Actually, it works better than I thought- It was just me getting used to how it works, never having had this option before!

The phone is awesome, I just don't like how it pairs with my Samsung Galaxy Watch, but everything else is great! Out the other hand, the customer service is not so great. The package comes with instructions saying that "SIM isn't supported" message is expected, but after inserting a SIM and connecting to WiFi you will get a "Carrier lock removed" message, anyhow this didn't happen in my phone immediately nor at least as smooth as the instructions would described it. I contacted the seller, and all they said at first was "that's strange, all phones are unlocked" (which to me doesn't look strange as I have seen others saying their phone is locked too). Anyway, I had to fill a form within AT&T (from the "SIM isn't supported" notification in my phone) then I got an email from them, asking me to call, I did, gave the IMEI of my phone and in less than 24 hours my phone finally showed the "Carrier lock removed". After two days, or so, of my latest message to the seller, they told me they would send me a prepaid label for me to return the phone, to which I responded that this was no longer needed. However, from the very beginning I also told them that my phone didn't come with all the things that the description said, it had a USB-A to USB-C cable instead of a USB-C to USB-C one, no Quick Switch Adapter, no SIM tool to remove it from the phone, and the charger doesn't even work! They never offered me a solution for the missing items, although, I see they did resolve this kind of situation for another customer. Long story short: 5 starts to the phone, but 1 star for the customer service.

This refurbished Google Pixel 7 Pro arrived in excellent condition and truly feels like a brand-new device. It was a great deal for such a high-quality phone. Performance is fast and smooth for all everyday tasks, from browsing to apps and media use. There were no visible scuffs or scratches at all, not even minor ones, which really exceeded my expectations for a refurbished product. The phone looks and feels premium in every way. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase, especially considering the reasonable price for such a powerful and well-maintained device.

Llevo ya un tiempo comprando reacondicionados con este vendedor y lamentablemente con esta compra quede un poco decepcionado, en las características del equipo decía que reacondicionado grado excelente y me llegó con un golpe considerable y después de unos días la pantalla empezaba a parpadear, traté de comunicarme directamente con ellos pero su atención a cliente es pésima, no tuve respuesta alguna. Sé y entiendo que comprar un reacondicionado es a responsabilidad de cada quien, lo que no se vale es que mientan en la publicación para vender.
