Does the job properly
A very potent thermal paste. I would recommend it for everyone to any kind of pc ( high, mid, or low end)

Outstanding performance.
Thermal grease is evolving all the time I think. I have had to use a wide variety of them as the years have gone on. Getting the best thermal transfer has been a constant pursuit for me for the last 15 years. We would start off with the greats like IC Diamond and Arctic Silver. Then we would see heavier contenders like Master gel maker and PTM7950. It's very safe to say that thermal compounds are evolving all the time. As time has gone on most of these compounds have been retired. The current kings have been liquid metal, PTM7950, and Kingpin KPX. I don't recommend liquid metal as most computers are not built for it and it can short various components when not handled correctly. PTM7950 is best used for bare die head applications. Where does Kingpin KPX fit in? In all honesty, everywhere. It's not too thick or too thin. It's a standard paste so it can go on anything with an IHS but it's thick enough that you can use is on a bare die head on a GPU or a laptop or even a steamdeck. So which is the best? Well they both do things good and bad. KPX is great if you're overclocking. If you need extreme heat management KPX is what you want. It has a tendency to run 2 degrees cooler than PTM 7950. However that heat management only lasts 6 months as the more heat you apply to it the faster it degrades. Then it fully bakes in and degrades a bit more. When it degrades it's about 2 degrees hotter than PTM7950. It's down to personal choice. Do you want to have excellent thermal performance in the short term but need to replace it 6-8 months down the road? If so, KPX if for you. Do you have a laptop or other bare die head that you don't want to service for years on end and don't mind a 2 degree difference? If so PTM7950 is for you. Both are excellent. I use PTM7950 for GPUs as well as laptops and handheld pcs and I use KPX for anything with an IHS on it. They are both outstanding they just have different applications depending on what you're looking for and what kind of maintenance you want to do in the future. 10/10

Excellent thermal paste
Really good thermal paste, the gpu temperature is under 75 degrees under high load after the change.

Took my temperature down
Roughly took my temperature down by 9 degrees so it great as far as I'm concerned.

Excellent Paste! Premium Price But Worth It!!
The Kingpin Cooling Thermal Grease is excellent and works like a charm. It is expensive (there is a good sale for a 2 pack for $40 that I would get instead of the single one which is $13 cheaper), and there isnt a lot in the tube so if you have to redo your paste you will run out (trust me, I KNOW!!). You will pay a premium for this paste, you can get ones for less than $15, but why these brands charge their prices is because there is a fair bit of science that goes into their paste and the major value with going with these brands (especially Kingpin) is their pastes do NOT get thin or soft as the paste heats up, which happens with the cheaper paste. So where as this paste will keep your temps cool for years before you will want to reapply, the cheaper pastes you will need to reapply after a few months as you notice your system temps creeping up. I used the more main stream paste and the temps over all in the beginning to be fair was the same (maybe a degree or two higher) but not big difference but I wanted to remove and reapply the paste for my AIO water cool kit I purchased and after heating up my CPU I was able to easily remove the CPU block because the cheaper paste was thin and it was easy to remove the block. I had the Kingpin on it and I had to reapply the paste a few months later due to an issue with the AIO not the paste and even after heating up the CPU the block held onto the chip for dear life!! This paste does not get thin at all. It kept its consistency and that is what you are paying for. Great product! Also, if you put the paste on with an "X" or the center dot method you will have enough for a few tries, but I spread my paste over the entire CPU surface so I ran out very fast.

Best thermal compound I've ever used.
For those of you looking for a great thermal compound look no further. This compound is great for a couple of reasons and I will explain. First some history. I have to use many types of compound in the 20 years I've been building computers. I used to use Arctic silver. Then I used a ceramic based compound which worked well and didn't dry out like the Arctic silver can. Kpx compound won't dry out either. The application is a little more of a pain but it's worth it if you do it correctly. I originally heard of this compound watching a YouTuber that does extreme overclocking with liquid nitrogen. You may be thinking there's no point to using it if it's for liquid nitrogen but you'd be wrong. The same reasons that make it extremely good for liquid nitrogen because it can pull heat away from whatever you're overclocking at a consistent amount with a small amount of compound also works at your normal operating temperature. It is extremely efficient. I did some before temperature testing with my personal computer, both the CPU and GPU as I repasted both. I tested the CPU temp using cinebench R15 and the GPU using heaven benchmark. CPU: Ryzen 5600x with precision boost overdrive turned on. Fan speed 70% at 70c CPU before Kpx temp avg 76c CPU after Kpx temp avg 71c GPU MSI 2080 Super Gaming X Trio, fan speed 70% at 70c. GPU before Kpx temp avg 71c GPU after Kpx temp avg 69c Now it doesn't look like much of a drop but it's significant for just thermal compound. Also on its own without changing any of the fan settings it is making it cooler and the system is running quieter because the fans run slower than before. Second, this allowed me to change my fan curve for both CPU and GPU to allow the fans to run at the same noise level as they were before, faster, but at a lower temperature. I don't mind a little noise. Now take a look at THOSE temps. CPU temp avg with Kpx, 70% fan speed at 65c 60c GPU temp avg with Kpx 70% fan speed at 65c 66c Those are great temps for a CPU and GPU. This compound is even better than I thought it would be I am extremely satisfied with it.
