I returned these but only because they were too high even for trainers, your foot just dosent fit deep enough into the shoe. I ordered the highest size to try to correct leg length difference but this size is just to high to fit trainers. They were very comfy and cushioned so had I ordered the lower depth they would have been ok.

These are a perfect height wedge for me. Comfortable, easy to use and have helped with my achilles injury for temporary relief. I think good value for money and sturdy. I would buy them again.

These were really uncomfortable and no use for me. Amazon kindly refunded me and I didn't gave to return them ( health issue I suppose)

I wish I had bought these sooner,I noticed the difference instantly.I have uneven hips which gives me a leg discrepancy,causing me considerable back,hip and knee pain.These inserts are very comfortable and durable,I'm so impressed I've ordered 2 more pairs but at the next thickness up as I feel these would be perfect ,allowing for any compacting of the foam due to frequent use.I also browsed other similar items,some were a lot more expensive but all have been rated 4 stars,I don't think the more expensive ones could possibly be any better,I'm extremely happy with these,so far so good.Great product at a very reasonable price.

Having the need to wear a shoe raise after a RTA left me with one leg shorter than the other. I thought I’d found a cheap supply that I could buy quickly when and if their was a delay with getting my usual ones via my local hospital. Unfortunately I waste my money. They are so soft they squash down to less than half their original thickness.
