LP7WS by Malco Curved Slim Jaw Locking Pliers W/Wire Cutter, 7" Size

Vice grips have been around a long time and I kept an old tool far past its replacement time because I couldn't find a better one. Until now. This one is solid as a rock, has no wobble. It's a precision tool worthy of my dream tool kit.

Hands down the best quality locking pliers ever made. A real shame the company ceased production.

Saved me from a jam, love the fact I am able to use an allen key to tighten grip better. Able to add high tension to get a good grip.

I just purchased 8 sets for my grandkids. That way they will always know what American quality is all about. The pliers came in the plastic store rack packaging which is sad as I was thinking I'd get the nice box for the tool that I got on earlier orders. It is also very sad to see Malco close the Nebraska plant. I want to thank those Dewitt, NE employees for producing such fine products. Eagle Grip may be gone but the quality will never be matched.

I am amazed at the extreme high quality of this tool. It is almost to beautiful to use. In my opinion, no other company has ever made a more perfect version of the locking pliers. Too bad the factory didn't last long. I guess most folks don't care about made in USA anymore. Its just cheaper for you to buy cheap stuff from overseas. I feel sorry for you.

Chrome is perfect, Teeth are very sharp, Adjustment screw is smooth has a 1/4 hex for tightening even more

Well. These are like most made in USA products. The first release is great. After that the quality goes down and becomes worse than made in China stuff.These do not have the same finish or tolerances of the original 7 inch and 7 inch straight jaw.This is a very different product. It's not worth the $45 the originals are worth. My made in China vice grips are tighter than these. Having slim jaws, it's important that they line up correctly.Save your self some money and don't buy these. They aren't worth it. The 7" straight jaws are by far the best I've received. Zero play in the jaws and the finish is pretty good. Those are excellent functionally. These are not.

Been using Milwaukee’s torque lock pliers as the work horse as these Malco pliers are the equivalent of a garage kept sports car. U.S.A. made tool to pass down to grandkids in 50 years. Production has ended so get them while you can before some tool addict like me buys them all up for their collection
