I was going on a long flight and wanted to use the time on my cross stitch work, but scissors on a plane? No chance. This was the perfect solution. The blade is sealed inside the daisy and just enough is exposed to efficiently cut thread while being inset too deeply to be remotely dangerous. The needle threader tucked into the handle is neat and useful, the detachable lanyard a good idea - in all I am simply delighted with this simple but effective little tool.

I used to use nippers on a ribbon round my neck I then added a needle threader so this seemed like the perfect replacement for when my nippers died I was worried that it might be hard or awkward to use but no it's super easy and very natural even one handed operation is possible I'm very pleased with it I just wish it didn't look like a white plastic daisy but this was the only one that had a threader with it and a breakaway lanyard

I like to knit when I travel, but some airports (airport staff?) interpret the rules different way, so I have had the tiniest scissors taken off me before now (maybe he was having a bad day). This really should not present a problem, and is easy to carry around for knitting, cricket or embroidery.

Great product!I bought it for my mum because she likes to crochet on the go, and thought it would be good for using in public, or in the car, better then scissors.She says the blades are very sharp so ideal for cutting yarn/wool, but also safe to the touch, the lanyard is also surprisingly useful!I would expect it to be good for people who struggle to use scissors too.

This is ingenious! Took it on long haul flights to do a bit of sewing and as it’s got a needle threader on it too, even in poor light, threading a needle was a lot easier

This item arrived well before the expected date and was just as useful as I expected it to be - no more hunting for scissors while I crochet. The needle threader that is incorporated in the handle was not a feature I had noticed when I ordered and this is an added bonus, especially as this item is cheaper than other similar items for cutting yarn.Great buy - thanks!
