This is a great bench at an affordable price. It is really easy to assemble and you don't need any tools, they provide everything. It feels very sturdy. Also, To make it fold up for easy storage, all you have to do is remove two pins. I like that it offers many different angles so I can work seated shoulder presses, inclines bench, flat presses,

Never before have I had a bench for chest workouts, its amazing I can actually get better contractions this time around. The product is very sturdy and easy to put away just takes 15 seconds.Cons: However, for ab work it feels quite uncomfortable. I like to think I am doing the ab exercises correctly via the foot guards but it just feels too wierd, floor is better. Not sure.I do recommend this product and is worth it.
