These stay put on my leftover containers, but very easy to remove when am done. I have forgotten to remove some before going to the dishwasher and they stay on, ink does not fade, they do not dissolve as advertised. But this does not bother me. I wanted to be able to remove them without fighting with glue residue and they do that. am very happy.

Don’t stick very well

I did like the labels. I haven't tried to remove them, but they did fit on the lids of my half pint jars. They were easy to use and also a nice size to write on with my Sharpie fine point. When I try to put them on the side of my canning jars (glass), I will rewrite the review dealing with adhesion.

These do not dissolve at all. But they are easy to remove and don't leave a residue. So that's a plus.

You must use a Sharpie brand permanent marker to write on the labels. If you use a different brand of marker, they smear once they get damp.
