Product description Crataegus commonly called hawthorn, thornapple, May-tree, whitethorn, or hawberry, is a large genus of shrubs and trees in the family Rosaceae, native to temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere in Europe, Asia and North America. The name "hawthorn" was originally applied to the species native to northern Europe, especially the common hawthorn C. monogyna, and the unmodified name is often so used in Britain and Ireland. The name is now also applied to the entire genus and to the related Asian genus Rhaphiolepis. The name haw, originally an Old English term for hedge, applies to the fruit. They work!
These Hawthorn tablets have got my blood pressure back to normal. They are made from Hawthorn flowers, I find they work better for me than Hawthorn drops made from berries. The flowers are stronger than the berries. The tablets are small enough to make them easy to swallow, I smear them with a very light dab of butter, have no trouble swallowing them.They've improved my circulation, I used to have cold feet most of the time - but not anymore!!Highly recommend.

Organic Hawthorn tablets
My sister recommended Hawthorn, for my newly acquired, high blood pressure. Taking Hawthorn supplements, is something that l knew about but had forgotten. Like one often does over time. I must say that it has helped. I would sooner deal with a health issue, through diet and excersize. Than start popping endless drugs, with nasty side effects. My blood pressure has dropped to a reasonable level. I chose this make because it was organic. So no nasty additives. It contains 200 tablets of 40mg each. So they will last a while. It recommends taking two, or three daily. Well, l take one. I prefer to under dose myself, than take too much of any suppliment. A healthy diet and lifestyle, has it's own cures. I have used these supplements, for enough time to judge the effects . I can say, that l am pleased with the results and the product. They are good value for the money. Don't just try them then stop, If you see improvement with your BP. If the results are beneficial. Carry on but reduce the dose accordingly.
