Tastes great and great value
This cinnamon powder is fantastic—super fragrant, rich in flavour, and adds the perfect warmth to my porridge. The freshness is noticeable compared to some cheaper brands that can be dull or overly powdery. Tastes lovely!

Very fine and pleasant.
Like that the Ceylon cinnamon is better quality to the usual one.Found it to be so fine that it doesn't dissolve, or when added directly, it clumps up and have to use spoon to crush the clumps. Apart from this it has a distinct soft aroma and I didn't notice it to be very strong in flavour - but it is the quality type of cinnamon.

Cinnamon content not Reddit texture fine quality brilliant health benefits will be worthwhile effectiveness not been using it for that long the taste nasty, but it is good for you.

so fine its almost dust
Bought this cinnamon as my regular was out of stock, however when it arrived it was noticeably different. My other (preferred) cinnamon was ground powder and had a slight texture to it and is perfect for baking and adding to porridge oats, when I used this it did not taste as nice and when combined with oats for cooking changed the whole thing to something akin to wallpaper paste. Needless to say I won't be using this and have now found my original is back in stock - order placed!
