Excellent product. Easy to use, easy to mix, just depends exactly how glittery you want the walls to look. Used with White paint for the kids room & it looks great.

Firstly, this product works as long as you follow the instructions.I get frustrated with reviews when people say "I added a pack of glitter and hardly have any sparkle"The instructions clearly state to use a minimum of 100g (1 packet) of glitter per 1 litre of paint. I had a 2.5 litre paint, so I added 3 packets of glitter. Yes, this makes the paint a little pricey, however the results are amazing and it's still loads cheaper and much nicer than glitter wall paper. (In my opinion)So, we had our paint and 3 packs of glitter, you MUST stir the glitter in a little at a time to avoid clumps, don't expect to tip it all in and not have clumps. This is much easier with 2 of you, my teenage daughter gradually put in a little glitter, when I had fully mixed it in, she added a little more and so on. The 3 packets took a total of 40 minutes to mix in. I used a paint mixer to ensure a through mix, but a whisk would be good too.We used a medium pile roller to roll on the paint, although 2 coats covered nicely I had quite a bit of paint left so I did 3, I'm glad I did because although 2 coats were adequate the 3rd coat finished it off lovely. This paint wasn't the easiest to cut in, but again on the 3rd coat it all blended perfectly.Now for the important bit, the more coats I added the less the wall sparkled. As I said at the beginning, read the instructions. We used hemway buffing pads and when completely dry buffed the entire wall, the pads lost there roughness about half way through, so I had to resort to using white scourer pads from the kitchen. They actually did the same job. The buffing really brings out the sparkle, the light catches it beautifully in the day and you'll see from my pictures the night light also catches it perfectly.When I mentioned to people I was attempting glitter paint, all of them said "it's a nightmare, it doesn't work, my painter and decorator won't touch glitter paint" well I'm no painter and decorator, I'm just a DIYer who takes their time, reads the instructions and most importantly follows them. If you do the same you will be so happy with the results. My teenage daughter is over the moon and so am I.

I added it to white silk emulsion and it looks lovely when paint has dried

Just add these sparkles to your paint. Then when you paint the walls it just sparkles when the light catches them, great product, will buy again.

I am a massive fan of glitter paint. Every wall in my house has glitter sparkling away on it. This glitter is specifically to add to paint. It is subtle but very very effective. Just make sure you add enough. Do not be stingy. I love it

Bought when repainting our caravan walls. Hubby said I could decorate however I wanted so, glitter it was!My tip would be to all the glitter into the paint just before you do a final coat, you get a much better effect.Downside (according to hubby) is that if you add it to the paint indoors, you will probably have sparkly bit everywhere!! (Guess what he did??).It's not an in your face sparkle, subtle but great with candles. If you're looking for all out spangles I'd buy the glittery wallpaper.

Was excited to use this item. But slightly disappointed as it's not as glittery as I'd hoped. Maybe not used enough packets. For 3 lt of paint I used 2 as recommended. It's nice enough but feel I needed more for the wow factor.

Like this product. Wanted to make boring walls stand out. One pouch of this glitter effect was ample for 2.5 litres of paint and worked well with a pale colour. The effect is subtle in day light but very effective. It mixed easily.
