This sink is designed for under the counter installation. Keep this in mind when installing so the faucets will fit to the attachments. I installed mine on the top, beveled into the epoxy countertop so it’s level and it is Perfect! This is actually super way to put together. You have versatility on placement of the additional features. Mine has the cup cleaner, soap dispenser, and water purifier faucet, which on mine is hooked to my foot pedal water pump instead of the pressure water, one of the minor hook up modifications I made.The sink is absolutely Beautiful! It’s definitely a center piece and the value for the money is incredible! The Only thing I found to be something that might need replaced down the line Maybe is the plastic plumbing for the drain underneath. But we’ll see.I Love that it has the extra removable basin that has a drain into the main sink, and the colander, and fitting cutting board. It makes prepping and clean up a breeze! If you do your dishes by hand, you can second the basin as a dish wash area, and use the colander to drain. For my boat life, this makes things space conservative and gives me full use of every aspect of this sink. The colander I have used the waterfall feature, so rinsing veggies or meats is a breeze!I absolutely Love love Love this Sink!! Highly recommended!!

We ordered this back in April 2023, in preparation of a kitchen reno. It was installed around early May 2023, and we have been using it daily (as one does) since. Here's what we've noticed only 6 months in (now is the 8th month)...First off, the pros:1. Good water pressure from faucet, waterfall feature, and cup cleaning add-on2. Good depth to the sink3. Faucet pull out is smoothAnd now, the cons:1. The knob is so aggravating to use. If your hands are dirty, the knob will get dirty, and then water gets everywhere when you try to clean it.2. It's almost impossible to get hot water with this sink. Since the on/off function is through the knob, and the knob is to alternate between the faucet and the waterfall feature, you can only get hot water if you turn it as far left as possible. This means you will always have the highest amount of pressure to use the hot water. It's been a hellish winter, even though we live in southern California!3. Sink needs constant cleaning compared to our old ceramic sink, and it still looks dirty in some crevices, particularly in the little spouts of the waterfall feature where water can drip out of. I don't know what we're doing wrong here. Like, we clean it normally at the end of every day after doing the dishes, and then we do a weekly deep clean!4. The edges of this sink are sharp 90 degree corners. Unless you create a seamless lip or use an intense amount of silicone, you will notice the edges.5. The cup cleaning attachment started leaking when we first installed it the way it's supposed to be installed, so we got a professional to come in and reattach it... so it doesn't leak anymore, but the water doesn't drain out properly after cleaning so it gets dirty fast. We just don't use the attachment anymore, despite it being one of our top reasons of buying this particular sink.6. And the biggest con!!! It's listed as stainless, but the coating has been rubbing off, and the black color has faded and changed. It might not sound like that big of a deal, but honestly, we've never had that happen to any of our sinks, even when we were renting in old apartment complexes.If we could return this, we would. If we were offered a new replacement of the same sink, we would not accept. It's been such a headache quite honestly, and to think of the costs of switching this out! Using this sink daily is just such a chore and all around a bad experience the more we use it. If you were thinking about buying this, I politely urge you to look at other options.I cannot find a way to contact the seller about this issue, so I do not have any customer service stories to recount.

The size of the sink and depth are terrific and the finish is well done. The hardware quality is nice. Installation was difficult because the instructions were not very clear. There are indeed things I do not like. The drain stop kept clogging up so I had to disconnect it completely. There isn’t very much control as to the pressure coming out of the faucet. Meaning to get hot water the spicket needs to be completely turned up to full pressure. The detant between the faucet and waterfall needs to be improved otherwise it is easy to leave the waterfall running.

We got the sink installed and it really is beautiful and the features are great. You should know that the plumbing is not set up for a dishwasher drain or garbage disposal. Our plumber had to rework the drain to accommodate the dishwasher and we opted to forego the disposal. Functionally the features work as advertised, waterfall, cup washer and the automatic drain feature. We love this sink but just felt we should provide the obstacles we ran into. UPDATE a year later 3/6/24. The sink still works great and we love it. A few things that are disappointing and I am trying to find a way to contact the seller. The solid bin has the coating flaking off and it's an eye sore. The other vegetable bin with the holes is fine, no problem. There is also coating chipping off at the base of the faucet plate. I'm going to see if I can get those two things replaced or buy them separately as we love the sink. I would research sellers and be sure you buy from one that has a way to contact them. UPDATE 4/12/24: I went through the Amazon process of reaching out to the seller. Seller responded promptly about the items. They are no longer under warranty but they created a special link for me to purchase replacement parts for what I described above at a reasonable price. If you have parts you need replaced I suggest you go to your order and reach out to the seller with the problem and they will customize a link for you based on what you need. I am very happy to get the replacement parts at a good price. Still overall happy with the sink. The features are great. I also just purchased EasyLiner Clear Classic Under The Sink Shelf Liner for Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets - Easy to Install & Easy to Clean Non Slip Surface - Durable Plastic Shelf Liner - 24 Inches x 4 Feet - Black that I plan to cut a piece for the bin just to help protect it when we put dishes in it.
