Viper TACTICAL Patrol Belt System with Pouches Black

This belt is one of the best things I've bought. Sturdy and reliable its helps me every day! Would recommend to anyone.

I purchased this as I will need it as I will be working at festivals this year as security. The belt contains a variety of pouches and securely fasten to the belt. The design of the belt buckle means that it cannot be removed unless you are using both hands, so can't be accidently opened. Will give this belt a further review in September to see how it holds up at festivals.

I bought this belt in 2011 and it is still going strong. Viper is a quality make and the bel has perfomed well in the years i have had it. It has been worn on average 5 days a week and has withstood some tough times. For those entering the security market this would be a worthwhile investment.

I used this whilst working as a guard as I carried a torch, keys, a deister, two phones and various other nonsense and my uniform had no pockets. It is incredibly bulky compared to the belt my colleague wore and the pocket sizes for me weren't ideal. None of the pockets will fit an iPhone or Samsung galaxy sized phone and close so my radio was out of the question. It is well made but given the size I felt rather ridiculous wearing it, feels a bit mall cop and the holster pocket isn't very useful for the UK (unless you carry the same deister I did which fits perfect) The adjustable section is made of velcro so not ideal if you wear a woolen jumper or if you are a small framed lady like myself as you end up with a huge amount of excess.Overall if you are looking for a big sturdy belt and do not need to carry a radio or large phone, and do not mind it being a bit NYPD it's probably great, however for a small framed person who needs to carry a lot, does not carry cuffs and has nothing to fit in the rather redundant holster I'd skip this one. (Rated four stars as it's still a good product it's just not suited for most British guards)

The belt I ordered was great for work except the key clip has broken already which in my opion is not very safe as I work in a secure building with patients always trying to get your keys.This broke whilst I was restraining a patient and therefore I will have to look at another way to secure my keys. If you have any other means of doing this please let me know.thank you

Great bit of kit for the money just right for what I need it for

I bought this belt as everyone at work seemed to have this particular make and was recommended, however the one i received was of poor quality. Comparing them the older versions seem to be made a lot better and of a much higher qualityThe belt itself is ok, i have a small waist so have had to adjust it to make it smaller and the velcro isn't long enough to hold the whole way so i have bought additional straps to hold it together, this also makes it a pain to position some of the attachments at the sides and front as it then has to go over double the width.The attachments are poorly made, and the poppers have broken on 3 of them after only a weeks use. This isn't so much of an issue for me as luckily i didn't necessarily need them particular attachments.I feel this belt isn't worth the money and I am going to pay the extra and get a leather belt option instead as they seem to be of a better quality
