This actually work & a saving grace. I bought these for my fiance because I was waking up every night, multiple times due to snoring. I purchased these at 3am because I couldn’t handle it anymore!! Snoring was completely gone. The only complaint is that these are pretty hard to get off - even after trying to soak it.

If I were religious, I would thank god above for these miracle nose stickers. I’ve had pregnancy rhinitis for months, which interferes with my sleep. And now, I have a cold on top of that. I decided to give these a try and I’ve been able to BREATHE the past two nights, for the first time in months. The strip stays on my nose all night just fine, until I pull it off in the morning. My husband did try these too, since he’s a horrifically loud snorer, but his fell off in the night — maybe because he rolls around more, or maybe his nose is more oily? I dunno. But they work incredibly well for me and stay put. I squeeze them onto my nose for like 30sec to ensure a solid stick and we’re good to go. If you’re considering trying, I’d recommend giving them a shot since results may vary between users — if they work for you, you’ll also wake up like me saying “hallelujah.”

My husband starting snoring a few months ago and seems to deal with regular congestion. These really help open his nasal passages and reduces the snoring. He has noticed that it feels easier to breathe when wearing them. They are easy to apply and remove.

the "sensitive skin" version won't stay stuck on my nose, but these ones leave me with bits of ripped off skin. I really like breathing though.

These strips are part of my bedtime routine - they are effective at holding my nostrils open, easy to apply and fit well (I have a small nose.) Removal is a bit tricky because the adhesion is quite strong (they don't come off at night like some generic brand strips) but applying some warm water or a steamy shower makes it easier. Just don't try to quickly rip the strip off as you might do with a bandage!

I gave this 3 stars because they do work. But the glue is just too strong. I took it off in the shower and peeled slowly off. But it still took my skin.

I didn’t know I needed these until I tried them. The difference was CRAZY. No wonder I normally breath through my mouth at night (before the nose strips) now I can’t live without them!!! I definitely recommend giving them a try. (NOT the clear ones, they don’t stick as well)
