Glow? I don't know
Well it's a cool looking cap..I can't tell if they actually light up. I've tried to look while driving..ok while a passenger. Being safe.i couldn't see if they actually lit up. Maybe I'll ask someone that I'm passing.lol

Product was as described except the fact that they were plastic was left out, and not very bright.

Didn’t glow at all
Caps are cool looking. At least color matched my car somewhat and skulls were cool. They didn’t capture sunlight or any light or glow at night. One of skulls fell off one of my caps but for $6 who cares.

Price was decent, but there is no point to buying them. They do not glow so it’s nothing like the picture might as well. Just leave your originals on and call it a day. I was not impressed.
