Apple Crop Science Perfect Protective and Curative Fungicide Carbendazim 12% Mancozeb 63% WP

Have been applying in the form of powder as well as mixed in water. It doesn't remove the fungus growth. It is growing on the applied layer. Seems this could be old stock with potency gone? Anyways useless..
