The cord is about 5-6 feet. But I have it in a cable management tray to keep the area clean.

Hello, the package will come with: lamp head, goose-neck pole, clamp, adapter, small screws kit and manual. Here is the assemble steps: 1, Screw the lamp bar to gooseneck pole, 2, Tighten up the lamp head with a screw to avoid it loose when adjust the lamp diretion.(Very Important step!) 3, Mount the C-clamp onto desk edge; 4, Insert the connector and lamp pole into clamp hole and tighten up. 5, Connect adapter and power on.
