My favorite vitamins. They give me energy, and are healthy. They do not contain any animal gelatin which is perfect if you are vegetarian or have religious beliefs.

This is an excellent brand and vitamin. I highly recommend it.

I've been using Garden of Life multivitamins for over a year now and I will never switch back to the ones I used previously. These multivitamins are whole-food based, and I feel that they absorb and work better so I get more out of them than other brands. My bloodwork seems to agree. I am no longer deficient in certain vitamin levels like I was before and I just feel better. These do not upset my stomach at all. I take one every night with dinner and have these on auto-subscription so I never run out. I definitely recommend these if you're looking for a higher quality multi-vitamin for women.

I’m only knocking off one star because these suckers are huge and they don’t have rounded edges, so it makes swallowing a little tricky.But this hasn’t caused any stomach upset, it has improved my energy, and I love that it’s only a once daily supplement.I wish this brand’s prenatal vitamin was only once a day and not 4. My OB said that I am able to take this as a prenatal due to the amount of folate that is in it, along with a choline and DHA supplement.I just hope that when I do get pregnant, this won’t make me sick because I love taking this vitamin and brand and like I said, I don’t want to take 4 a day, so I’ll have to find a different brand if so. Fingers crossed!UPDATE: I noticed that as I was finishing up my first bottle, taking this vitamin began to make me feel as if I would gag, so I am switching to something else. The size is just too big and it not having round edges makes it difficult to swallow, and it doesn’t taste the best.

I've been a total fan of this product. The whole food nutrition it provides is simply amazing. It makes me feel more energetic and healthier overall. I love that it's vegan and contains essential nutrients like iron and biotin. Great for maintaining my hair, skin, and nails too! It's like an all-in-one health and beauty supplement. Surely, this is a product I'd recommend to everyone.

I love the certified organic aspect of this multivitamin. It's so convenient to take just one tablet a day. I've noticed improvements in my heart health, and a definite boost in my energy and metabolism. It even promotes radiant skin and nails, which is a bonus! What impresses me most is that it's made from over 30 organically farmed fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Honestly, this product is a keeper.

Believe it or not, not all vitamins are created equally. After a lot of research and reading Garden of Life has been my go-to. They smell terrible in comparison to other vitamins but I’m assuming that’s a good thing because they aren’t laced with artificial flavors and dyes. I typically take additional prescription strength vitamins and sometimes get infusions as well. I’ve found when I take these vitamins regularly they’re effective for improving my labs for the infusions and have slightly raised my iron. When my iron levels are higher I feel better and less fatigued.
