Stunning itx case
The fractal Ridge is not only a good looker, it’s surprisingly well thought out for some of the most power hungry components.I’ve kitted mine out with a Palit RTX 3090 and an Intel Core i5 13500 and it’s working wonders in the case.The build process was hard but not impossible and Fractal provide plenty of screws, cable ties and Velcro cable ties to keep wiring in check.I mainly watched a few builds on YouTube before I got into mine and there’s plenty of tips on how to hide, tie and tuck away anything you want to keep out of the way.Cooking performance is great (aside from the Intel stock cooler I’m using as a temporary measure) and the included 140mm fans in the GPU chamber keep things nice and cool for the GPU.Noise isn’t too bad but I’ve yet to optimise my fan curves and such so that’s an ongoing thing but playing games at 4k/120 in a tiny pc sat under our tv is a beautiful thing.Very pleased with the case, accessories, build quality and the documents included in the box.Worth considering if you’re after a small form factor, console style ITX case that won’t make you compromise on hardware choice.

Excellent quality and design
The Ridge is the worthy successor of the Node 202, being considerably better under many aspects. Design is superb and building in it is a breeze for an SFF.It’s slim and fits perfectly in a living room; with right components it makes for a great gaming HTPC. It fits huge VGAs and the room for air coolers is the highest in its category fitting easily the Noctua NH-L12S, so you can cool your ryzen 9 16cores.I was expecting a little bit higher quality in some finish for the price point and there is a well known problem with the pci riser, but you can ask for a free replacements to fractal. I am very happy with the purchase.

The smallest PC case I ever had
This is an impressive premium PC case. It is very well built and very well presented.The resulting build is elegant and functional, there is enough space for a 3 slot GPU (mine is 2 slot and is short) and there are 2 big fans to provide constant cool air intake.I highly recommend this case, the only drawback is you need an ITX motherboard that sometimes can be difficult to find.
