So the bag is nice and sturdy!! Myself and my kids can use it!! It was pretty quick and easy to assemble. The only time consuming part was putting sand into the base. But other than that we like it alot!!

My grandson absolutely loves this to practice with. It is very well made and easy to set up. Great price for such a wonderful product.

Very convenient when you don't have a place to hang a bag from the ceiling.I filled the large plastic base with 100 lbs playground sand using a funnel, the weight is sufficient to keep upright and have a good workout. Still room to add more later if I need.The base has a 4 heavy duty spring suspension to allow the bag to rock.The motion is more realistic than a bag that swings on a chain because it pivots at the base.Although the bag is only 10.5 inches in diameter, it still feels like a large bag, and helps to improve accuracy.Very happy so far, couldn't afford a full sized hanging bag, but for me the Freestanding Punching Bag is perfect.

Great durability and fun for kids and adults

I'm not really sure. But the main thing I'll be using it for is to release anger occasionally, so I won't end up punching holes in the wall, like I did at one apartment about 18 years ago. Also, if I use it often enough, it could give me some degree of (aerobic??) and (anaerobic???) exercise, and build a little muscle in my arms, which have in very recent years atrophied quite a bit.

Because there appears to be no way to tighten the bolts at the base where the bag gets attached to the base (they just spin since you cannot physically get to the nut inside the base), the bag feels loose after a dozen uses. (I am a smaller sized person so I don’t beat it too badly - I don’t think it will completely fall apart - still it would be better if I could tighten those bolts!).I added 200 pounds of sand, which was quite a workout in itself! Trying to get semi-dry sand (from local HD) into the base took a while with a large funnel. Doable, but challenging.Overall I am happy with the bag. It is a great workout for me!

My 8-year-old has been in karate for several years. For his birthday, he asked for a punching bag to practice his kicks and punches. I ordered this model due to it being mobile and able to fit neatly in the corner when not in use. This product did not disappoint. It was easy to put together (less than 15 minutes) and does exactly what it is supposed to. My son loves it!!!
