Dough Miracle !!!
Having tried 2 different brands of bread improver previously-1 from well known high street store and 1 from a large supermarket,I was a tad sceptical as had not seen any real difference with my bread.I make some bread by hand (when I have time) and also use a Panasonic 2501,never could make a decent wholemeal or rye loaf in my breadmaker hence previously made these by hand.No longer a problem,each and every loaf has come out perfect-looks amazing and tastes wonderful with a fab crust.Instructions are clearly printed on the label and was extremely pleased to see that the expiry date was June 2015,the previous shop bought one expiry date was only 3 months,therefore not really financially viable due to the amount of improver to dough ratio.I have transferred the improver to 1 of my lock&lock containers as I know they are airtight,was not sure that the container supplied met this.One other point I would like to make-item was received within 24hrs of order process and was extremely well packaged,will therefore be a regular customer for this productTo finish,cannot recommend this product highly enough,am astounded with results-yes it's only bread improver but makes such a difference .I now open both my oven and breadmaker without holding my breadth,artisan bread-here I come !!!

It works!
At last I can make a decent loaf of wholemeal bread as opposed to a doorstop! I only bake wholemeal or granary bread and found 3g of improver to 100g flour seemed perfect. Now I have perfectly risen bread. Yay! Yes its expensive but its excellent and the pack will last ages. Very happy with my purchase l.

Good product, you just need to experiment and read other reviews first!!!
Long shelf life so this big tub doesn’t need to be used as soon as possible which is great as you don’t need much!!!! The instructions were a bit confusing on the tub about how much to use but I followed the advice of other amazon reviewers and it does improve some breads I have made but I am not sure on others? I think it is just a process of experimentation to find out what works for you with this product but my breads are even better on the rise than before (although the second rise is slower I think) and they do not drop anymore so is well worth the money!!!

makes a signincat difference to the final bread quality from my bread machine, Worth the investment and this pot will last ages

Who knows?
Until I've used it it has to be a "don't know". Ask me again in a couple of hours when the first loaf has been baked and tasted and I'll give you an update. But, delivery was v.fast and there's a lot of it.

Makes bread last longer
With home baked bread, whether hand baked or in a bread machine, the bread is lovely when freshly baked but goes stale rapidly so that two days after baking it's only good for toast. By adding this bread improver it is only on the sixth day you only want to make toast with it. It does not impart any unpleasant flavours to the bread & seems to make the freshly baked loaf softer. For those of you who think the E numbers will harm you please be informed that E300 is vitamin C, the other E number is a harmless emulsifier.

It delivers
For ages I could not find a bread improver to buy. Everyone had gone mad with home baking. Tried an alpha-amylase for brewing which required very great care in dose and cooking and still could give inconsistent results. Bought this product. Used it maybe 20 times, consistently better rise, better crust, better texture. Have lots left (I tend to use a tablespoon per 500g stone-ground flour) but have bought another one anyway because it has completely delivered.

It really does work . Try it
Was a bit sceptical about using this bread improver has didn't think it would work. How wrong I was I use the Panasonic bread maker which I love and I make every week brown rolls to take to work. However they always seemed very dense in texture and heavy. tried another batch with the bread improver and wow what a difference they rose twice the size and where so much lighter. There really is a vast improvement. Has you can see from my pic my rustic brown rolls look great. Well I think so lol
