A good pastry mat and brush
This is a good thickness pastry mat with brush. It’s not the thickest mat, but it’s good enough quality for rolling out every day pastry. I like the markings on it. It’s good to make sure that you’ve rolled out the pastry to a big enough circle.It’s very easy to clean the brush is silicon so that can go in the dishwasher too.
