The hair quality is amazing and so far the platinum blonde has lasted me 4 months with heat on it nearly everyday! I definitely recommend this brand of hair! The color is perfect, they do shed but not awfully!! Feels just like my actual hair! Blends perfectly after trimming! The volume is immaculate! The weight isn’t too heavy but not too light! The performance of this hair is just spot on! I love love love this hair! The customer service is also amazing! LaaVoo has helped me soo much!🩷🩷

The media could not be loaded. Let me just start by telling you that my experience purchasing extensions on my own and not through a salon has been a challenge. I have finally found the perfect shade, texture and the customer service of LaaVoo is out of this world amazing! I called the company because of an error I made when ordering. They have a little card inside the box that puts you directly in tough with the LaaVoo, not Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded. Less than 12 hours of me contacting them they corresponded back by text. The extensions did come nicely packaged but a little folded which you can see in the picture but quickly fell out after hanging them up for about an hour. I wanted to start doing my own extensions. I found these Nano Bead extensions, did a little research, found that they are designed to be easier for you to do yourself. They are a little tricky at first. But watch the videos online. Super easy once you have done a few. I've even taught my hubby to help me when one slips down. I have very, very fine/thinning hair. They are perfect for me. I would say they would work for most hair. It only take a few strands of your hair to hold the bead. BUYER BEWARE though, when you purchase, they do not come with the beads attached like some of the others companies. Thus was my mistake. I was able to find them for $4.00 elsewhere. I also bought $10.00 beads. They worked exactly the same! I highly recommend these extensions. I have had the same set in for over 4 weeks now and as you can see I use heat on them. I haven't noticed any breakage or damage. I do condition and use a leave-in conditioner. BUT ONLY ON THE ENDS!!! Too much conditioner or oily hair may cause yours to slip out. BUY THESE! I have been using extensions for years and have use many brands and so far LaaVoo has been one of the top extensions, 100% human hair, great quality at an affordable price. I definitely recommend giving this brand a try, you will not regret it.

The hair was soft and pretty. It also looked like a nice amount of hair. Buttttttt...... where the hair was folded lots of it had broken off like it was dry. Or it had been folded for a long time or the batch of hair they had for a while. So I had sent mine back, didn't even open the other 3 boxes (Orderd 4) because the color was way off for what i needed i need a more bleach blonde with a slightly yellowish undertone. I always order platinum blonde Bellami Hair extensions there has quality has went way down in the last 4-5 years its not worth the $400-$600 anymore so i wanted to try out the nano ring extensions and seen these from laavoo....Since I have super thin fine hair an its damaged from years of bleachin, but this hair seems to be pretty and nice really soft but the color was more of a Rose Gold blonde an not a true platinum blonde that i uaslly order thinking it would be platinum blonde like normally. And also when I went to return them, the company told me it would be Faster to return them through Amazon for a refund and I would get a faster refund turnaround.....but Amazon me unknowingly didn't know it could take up to a month mine took about 21/2 weeks but laavoo did what ever they could to fix the situation and help me to fix the problem the offered to send me a new pack of hair in my color but it's thing 20 or more days to receive because it's coming from China they don't make my color no more but they did what they could to help there costumer services is amazing 110% !!

They came used, with beads and tape in a jumbled mess. My 18 inch ones were fine but the 16 inch were clearly used. The 18 inch extensions were a perfect colour match and very good.Customer service contacted me and were very helpful. They are sending me a new pack of hair, even in a new colour as I dyed my hair since purchasing. Thank you so much!

Hair seems ok condition, but colour is far off of what the photo shows. Will be returningUpdate- customer service reached out and has offered to send a replacement. So far they seem to be great and I will update when product arrives. :)
