I take good care of my belongings, and I certainly didn't expect such a premature failure from a product that I had only recently purchased.This experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down. A hair dryer is an essential tool for many people, and it's unacceptable for it to break down so quickly. I expect products to be built to last, especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money on them.The manufacturer needs to seriously improve the quality and durability of this product. As it stands, I cannot recommend this hair dryer to anyone. I normally wouldn't spend this kind of money on a blow dryer, but since my last 2 broke down prematurely and I liked the idea of a more compact and quality design like a Dyson, I started looking for something similar without the crazy price tag. This appeared to provide just what I was looking for, and after using it for a whole month, it has lived up to expectations.What I like:- Powerful! It moves a ton of air. I've never experienced a blow dryer that can dry my hair nearly as quickly as this one.- Both speeds work great; without the diffuser, I prefer to use the lower speed because the high speed is honestly too powerful for my short hair. The low speed on this dryer still dries my hair faster than any other blow dryer I've used in the past.- High temperature is not too hot! A blowdryer should dry your hair not cook it! After using this blowdryer for a month, my hair honestly looks so much healthier because it drys with more air movement and less heat.- Temperature oscillation setting: I haven't used this temperature setting much since it doesn't take long to blow-dry my hair, but I think this is a great addition because it switches between hot and cold and I can imagine if you are drying your hair for more than a couple minutes it will help regulate the temperature and ensure your hair does not get too hot.- The diffuser attachment is fantastic; because this dryer can push out so much air, the diffuser on high speed provides an excellent drying time while still maintaining the benefits of a diffuser- Very compact design makes for easy storage and I won't be leaving this thing behind the next time I travel; I can't imagine trying to use an awful hotel blowdryer after getting used to this luxuryThings that could be improved:- The concentrator attachment seems to be more powerful at the edges than in the center, but not by much- The temperature indicator light is covered up by the attachments, but obviously you can tell what temperature you're on based off the heat coming from the blow dryer

This is the second time I have had to return the dryer. The cap comes off of the back. Other than that it dries well.
