I have many of Rock Candy releases and am satisfied. However; on some releases there is no difference in sound for the better. This being one of them. If you want the booklet and Interviews/Info, then buy RC. If you are looking for quality sound only....buy the original, it is richer and fuller. The same goes for REO Speedwagons "Tuna Fish" release from the band themselves.

this album is great. for 80s hair metal/rock fans, it will seem like something of an amazing find. they have great songs, a slightly alternative slant on some of the songs to make them that little bit unique. the playing is excellent throughout, the singing great. they have a few great albums, showing they could create more than one or 2 great albums. the first album has some real classics on it, like "new girl now" and "wave babies" which is just a SUPER DUPER STELLAR 80S SONG. this album is one where they had a killer batch of songs and just went to work.

...I can't believe I just bought this album. Then again, I CAN believe it. "Bad Attitude" just rocks. The instrumental break somewhere in the back half of the song is super--a perfect cliche of what Canadian scrunchie rock is supposed to sound like.The album art is kinda lame but there's no way the Suite could've surpassed its debut album cover, which deserves to be gilt-framed in every 39-year-old's family room.

I first hear this group in the mid-80's and still play it regularly. The album has excellent lyrics and is the best band people have never heard of. I heard they are coming out with a new album soon. I'm excited.A modern day group that may compare for the first time in 15+ years to me is Lifehouse.Rock on Honeymoon Suite even though there are only two (the main two) remaining original members.

This is one of their best albums. I would highly recommend getting this. It sounds great on the original vinyl as well.

Honeymoon Suite is a great band. I listen back to some of my old cassettes and CD's now and wonder why I was interested in some bands, but HS still excites me like it did years ago. The best song on the disc, What Does It Take?, will always be the ultimate power, love ballad. I will be buying their other CD's to complete the collection.

Still having to buy CD's because stupid record labels refuse to sell on iTunes.... Boy are they dumb, I bought this CD for the cost of 2 songs on iTunes.Beware of "re recorded" songs they are selling.Dumb Dumb Dumb
