These headphone are so easy to use and install when using with a laptop or desktop computer. The battery life is really impressive off of one full charge. The performance is great, you can hear people clearly and they can hear you. It doesn’t pick up all the back ground noise like some headphones do and the addition of a mute button on the mic is a great feature. They are comfortable to wear for prolonged periods of time without causing ear or headaches.

This headset is great! Very comfortable great sound can wear it all day. Had an issue with my mic but customer service is excellent! Prompt reply, friendly and helpful and resolved the issue immediately. Will certainly purchase again from seller.

These arrived and where lovely to wear took me a bit of time to get used to what button did what but once mastered was great. Unfortunately the dongle stopped working. I contacted the seller who after a number of emails back and forth sent a replacement. I would give them 5 stars but due to the faulty dongle I have removed a star as was requested to leave a 5 star review by the seller, which I thought was a bit cheeky as this is supposed to be a real reflection and not a demand of the quality of ghe product. I may have missunderstood but dont think so. But that said they are nice for the price paid and the seller was quick to send out the new dingle once the issue was recognised.

Really bad for work, customers never could hear me properly on calls... tried to return but couldn't as was out of time :(UPDATE:Seller has actually since issued a refund to me of this item. So I appreciate that and it shows good customer service. Thank you!(I have increased rating from 1 star to 3 stars).

The noise cancelling feature was better than expected, and the headphones were easy to set up and use

Had these for work and they stopped working after 7 months, bit disappointed, as they were great at the beginning.

I bought this as a trial for a member of staff who needs to take training courses online. I can confirm the quality is good and the design is nice and comfortable to wear.I will now roll these out to the rest of the team.Decent Quality for the price, all round fair value for money.

I've had the headset since Jan 23 and it's fantastic, it has a long battery life and easy to use. I love the Bluetooth as am able to go from teams calls with work on laptop to listening to podcasts on my phone. Really comfortable even after a 12hr shift. Their customer service is great, quick to reply with questions and incredibly helpful. Would 100% recommend!

I will never ever buy another headset from any other company. I work remotely and having a reliable headset is priority and mandatory. They work with Microsoft Teams, and a number of other programs and apps. The cord is strong and provide fast charging. The headsets are lightweight. They’re stylish and come in different colors and sizes. The sound quality is crystal clear and when the company states that it gives you 12 hours of talk time; they are being extremely honest. I can go a day or two without charging and still have enough battery life to last a full day. I have purchased several headsets from this company and have been extremely satisfied with every single purchase. 5 stars through and through.

I’ve been using them for work and they work great. The one major negative is that it constantly wants to update my audio settings on its own. Before I get a call and after. At first I thought it was the audio key on the headset but it does it constantly as long as I’m connected w my work computer. But being connected to my phone it sounds amazing, and I don’t issues. I’m convinced it’s my work computer and I can’t do much about it. The other negative is that the earmuff might be a little too tight and can pinch. But I’m gonna try loosening it up a bit see if that helps.

I WFH and wanted some wireless headsets that had a mic and both ears due to having some difficulty hearing our clients on the calls. These are good and the charge lasts forever. Like I don’t understand how because I will only charge them here and there for an hour at a time.My only downside is sometimes people have a hard time hearing me and I’ll have to put the mic right in front of my mouth and talk loudly. But it’s only certain calls so not sure what’s up there.The headset connects really quickly with the USB dongle so that’s a great feature.If you don’t mind having to speak up now and then they are a great headset!

Edit** I would like to add the mute button is on the actual microphone so it is awkward to mute without calling attention to it by touching the microphone**This headset has been nothing but trouble from the start. Every time I use it I have to reconnect the Bluetooth in my computer settings and even then it’s a gamble if it will work or not. I work from home so I am in and out of the call queue for lunch and break multiple times a day and every time it is a battle to get it to connect for use with avaya and teams.The most worrying part is how slow it makes my computer run. I have never had a headset that makes my computer run slow. It makes me worry what is being put on my computer when I plug in the USB.I got a replacement headset to see if maybe the first one was faulty but it’s the same thing all over again.Usually headsets are plugged in and you’re ready to go, not this one. I am pretty tech savvy and able to navigate computer settings on my own to resolve an issue 99% of the time but I had to get our IT department to try and make this headset work and even they couldn’t do it. My fiancé is getting his degree in cyber security and is currently an IT guy so he was somehow able to make it work but I would not recommend this headset to anyone. I’ve had multiple headsets over the years and have never had this much trouble.Again, I do worry about what programs this thing is running and what information it may be collecting because of the lag it causes throughout the whole computer so I’ll be returning both the initial headset and the replacement.
