I order this unit replacement and upgrafe my 50 years old plus natural wood stand. Item arrive as listed and easy to set up. Look very clean and real wood and fires. No more wood ashes and cleanup, Would highly recommend to friends and family to get one. Jon

Looks great
As per the instructions it is very advisable to have a qualified installer handle this purchase. This unit does not have the auto start or pilot light so I have to manually use and external flame. No big deal as I personally feel it is a cleaner look. Arranging the logs can be challenging. However it works fine and looks great.
