Very easy to get the ashes in, very sturdy, looks really nice.

I thankfully haven't had to use this yet, I bought it so that I wouldn't have to think about it when the time comes. But I love the price, and I love that it doesn't look like an urn. It just looks like a cube photo frame. I've actually recommended this to two friends that have lost pets recently because of the value and the fact that it can be personalized with the photo.

Perfect little urn for my 2.5 yr old cat that passed away. My first order came in and the glass insert for the photo was shattered. I contacted customer service and within 48 hours they responded AND sent me a brand new urn to replace it! Excellent customer service. I bought this urn after my pup died unexpectedly. She was a miniature Maltese-poodle mix, weighing around 5-6lbs. This urn is just large enough to hold her asked, the sympathy card from our vet, and the lock of fur that we received.I ordered the silver plate from our local jewerly store. It for perfect and made the box come together beautifully.

I like the item. Well made as described. It’s hard to get size right with your measurements. Price is great compared to other sellersI ordered 2 x-small. I think they will be fine
