This hat is so comfortable and the two tone in colour matches well with my accessories . Took a while to arrive, in fact I was going to request a refund I didn’t think I was going to get it. I’m glad I did I’ll be looking at a different colour to order.

I bought a pillar box hat from this company, and it is beautiful. The quality is really great, it feels soft and not itchy, which wool hats can be sometimes. It fits well on my head and it doesn't slip or slide off your head. The inside binding is strong and maybe a bit tight to begin with, but it quickly stretches to fit. The quality is brilliant, it doesn't feel like it is going to fall apart, become unstitched or develop holes in the woolen thread. It is warm to wear, but it doesn't make your head feel too hot!! Not uncomfortable to wear, infact I forget that I actually have a hat on. The style, though is great, I am very fussy and when it comes to hats, and this one looks fabulous on and can be worn at different angles on the head, the side decoration isn't too big or two small, and the hat looks very chic and stylish and looks more expensive than the price I paid for it, so that is an added bonus, if you want a fashionable style, but you have to watch the pennies. I will definitely be looking at other hats in their range, so LeBen have a big thumbs up from me!!!

Okay look I have a pretty big head, but if worn to fit around my head, this hat comes all the way down to my nose. I don't know if perhaps it was designed by/for people who have extremely thick or perhaps afro/curly hair, but on my straight, thin hair it's just too big and baggy - and again, I have the kind of head that doesn't fit most women's hats because they're often too daintily made.

I'm delighted with this hat. I have a small head (6 7/8) so I was worried with some of the comments. For a start it fits over my ears to keep warm as intended, I normally have to insert elastic into headbands for correct fitting, not so in this hat! Inspection of the headband reveals a fitted velcro tape to make the necessary adjustment. I have not tested wind - it remains to be seen if the brim catches wind and the hat is blown off. I expect I just have to pull down the peak and alter the way I wear it.

My 82 year old dad described it as "a cloth cap with a bit of twinkle", but I really like it and think it was great value. I wore it with a smart coat for a family event outdoors, in north Yorkshire on a cold, wet, January morning.I try to order from UK sellers and the company name made me think this was the case, so was surprised when it came from abroad. Consequently, it took slightly longer than I anticipated to arrive and I give it only 4 stars.

This is a lovely hat beautifully made but the image appears to show it as being very generous in size & it isnt. I feel the model must be quite tiny for it to appear so large.Unfortunately had to return it.
