Si Sauvage

It's likely many people haven't heard of the Suburbs before, but for a few years in the late 70's and early 80's, they WERE the Minnesota music scene. That was a long time ago, and the band has matured (so have the majority of their fans).Their new songs are still good, and are definitely easier to listen to than some of the music they played back then. However, the edge has been dulled slightly, and some may find that it's not the band they remember. That's okay, because it's not 1980 any more and the music has evolved.Overall, this CD is a must for Suburbs fans and will serve as a great introduction for those who aren't acquainted with the band.

Beautiful sounding album! I was a bit skeptical at first when ordering, but once the first tracks began bouncing out of my car speakers, I was in for an audible treat. Si Sauvage's mixing of track layers are very well mastered.

Hit and miss album, but Turn The Radio On is an amazing single! The rest of this is OK, but nothing else is as good as that track

A truly solid comeback effort from one of Minneapolis' 80s era legendary bands. True but fresh. A must have for any casual or not-so-casual Suburbs fan. Do yourself a favor and add this to your music collection.

I am a Minnesota fan. I had the pleasure of supporting the band by helping fund the production of this album through the Kickstarter campaign. This album is The Suburbs' first album in 27 years and in my opinion is a combination of all the best bits of the entire catalogue. The sound is incredible. Buy this right away and you won't be disappointed.

This is my favorite album from 2013. I was fortunate to participate in their Kickstarter project on this. I really liked the sample song they used at kickstarter "Turn the Radio On" I was hooked and when the album was sent to me I have listened to it most every day. This album in my opinion is just awesome. I hope Chan and the guys do another for 2014.
