We have used this for a number of years now for feeding our tree fern. The fern thrives with this product.

I went for this brand of tree fern feed as it is the one the nursery I got my tree fern from recommends. I have been feeding both my tree ferns for a little while now, since I got this, and they are doing really well. As it's a once a week feed, we have Fern Feed Friday to make it easy to remember when they need their next feed. It is important not to over feed them with the feed, as a dear friend of mine found out when he unknowingly started over feeding his tree fern, thinking it would benefit, and it started to die. Thankfully backing off from feeding and his tree fern is starting to recover. Tree ferns need lots of water, but go easy of the feeding! My tree ferns are happy with this tree fern feed, and if they look healthy then I am happy!

This was recommended to me by another reviewer when I asked a question about a different fern tree food.She and her husband have used this for years and have had such good results that I thought I’d have to try!My Australian fern trees were looking very very sad. Floppy broken fronds, dry trunk and no sign of any new leaves.I was pretty sure that the hot weather and my lack of knowledge of how to care for them, had pretty much finished them off 😢But, I’ve used this product and have fed them twice weekly for a month and the results are fantastic 👏👏👏Each fern tree now has 4 or 5 new leaves unfurling and I can feel even more waiting to appear.I love watching these fern leaves growing and am pretty sure that without this product I’d still be feeling a bit sad about the state of them.But now, I’m totally obsessed with the new curly baby leaves coming up.Can’t recommend this product enough 👏👏👏👏💚💚💚💚

This is the second bottle of feed that I have bought to use on my Dicksonia antarctica tree fern. The log is doing very well and the fronds are amazing. I have used this regularly since buying the log in 2018, and I would gladly recommend it based on the results I have had.

Follow the instructions and your tree ferns will look Amazing next year, not instant results but the following year wow

On arrival, the bottle appeared to have been previously opened and was in an additional plastic bag which was damp. I'm not sure if this item has a leak (I'm keeping it in the plastic container I'm using to mix up the solution) or has been used. The bottle was pretty full but I've never bought it before so I'm not sure. I can't comment on how effective it is because I've only just started using it. Lots of tree ferns sites sell HSK so l assume it will be good :)
