This knitting wool
I am doing a crochet cardigan with this wool and I have not used one ball of it yet and I have done the back two fronts a sleeve it is good value for money and soft

Good quality
Currently knitting with his yarn, knits well, no knots to date. Should make an excellent blanket.

Not very good quality
I bought this length of wool so that I wouldn’t have knots in my project when joining wool, however this has been joined with a knot at least once so I might as well have bought smaller balls so that I can choose where the joins are. Also the wool isn’t easy to knit with as it splits very easily so you have to watch your knitting rather than be able to look away/watch TV etc.

Inconsistent thickness
First ball I used was 3mm wide (Aran) but started new ball today mid project and it’s only 2mm wide (Dk)
