Bought this item just a few days ago and have already returned it. I had to give it only one star as I wanted to have something that I could fit on my wrist and forget about it, but unfortunately this unit didn't do it for me.But it wasn't all rubbish. There were some nice surprises when I started discovering all the interesting functions that one only expects from the more expensive competitors, but I suppose that reliability comes at a price.Yes it's its reliability that lets it down.- Build quality was better than expected for the price. The feel and touch were actually good- Battery life as many here have praised, yes it's true it does last a whole week or close to it between charges (my case anyway)- The instructions are average I suppose these let you achieve the basics and the rest is up to you to discover. Hope you have good eyes or at least good vision because the font is minuscule.- Some have complaint about the poor visibility when outside, I never had any problemsThe reason why I returned it was because one morning (I use it to also track my sleep patterns) it wouldn't give me any more information but the timeI noticed also that the BT symbol (aerial) was flashing. Looked at the phone and didn't see anything suspicious. Started the app and also the "connected" and "unconnected" (yes the app could also be better translated) was alternating.Reset the tracker a couple of times but it didn't resolve the issue. I gave up after about 30 minutes fiddling with it.I have a fit bit for about 3 years and it never gave me any problems.I guess quality comes at a price as I already mentioned above.Hope everyone else has better luck

At first it was a great buy, did everything as described for the first month but then put the unit on charge and now I only get the 100% charge on the dial face. The unit wont move from that display so cant switch it off or change to another display screen. Tried to reset via the App, but no change to the display. Contacted the seller and still in conversation only giving the unit a one star at this time but will be subject to a satisfactory out come. Increased the star rating as the seller has been in contact and has indicated they will give me a refund.

the display stopped working at all.all you see is lines on the side of display.i can not find a way to contact supplier about it.bought on 20 Mar 2017 and display stop working on 27/07/2017.shame i did like it when it worked

One of those items you buy then put in a draw for months thinking one day you will try out, just starting using in last 6 months (2020) and it seems to work fine as usual don't use all the features but does time, count heart rate etc fine and at decent price.

Fine for the first month. Couldn't update after that and the firmware soon malfunctioned.I'd call it a negative experience but other buyers may have faired better. I followed all the instructions, and i'm quite technology/ computer literate so I doubt it was anything I did or didnt do.I went on to buy the polar activity monitor and HR strap instead.That being said, the HR readings returned from this device were pretty far off, but I kind of expected that.

I think many of the 5 star reviews are misleading. I'm all for cheap alternatives but no aspect of this product was helpful. Steps calories heart rate all wildly inaccurate. The app was badly translated and connection to watch was intermittent and finicky. Initially the product seemed nice but it was nothing but useless hassle in the end. After a week the step was starting to tear. Battery not nearly as good as advertised. It gets 1 star for looking reasonably ok and being a conversation starter.

It doesn't work! I gave it as a gift to my partner how embarrassing. Plugged it into my laptop to charge for an hour and it still won't turn on. The instructions are also rubbish. Expected it to work after reading amazing reviews...

Lots of features but if like me you are looking for a simple heart rate monitor you will be using during your fitness / running sessions pls beware - the lock on the stripe unlocks too easily esp when you are exercise, display keeps changing its view if you need to spend time (as you run) to locate your heart rate. Would not buy it again.
