NOT TOO BRIGHT
It has different light patterns as advertised however the three white LED's don't work on mine and its not as bright as the rechargeable one I have in my other car. I suspect that the AAA batteries will suffer left out in the cold too so I'll buy another rechargeable one instead.

Well worth having one in the car just in case. Not as bright as I expected, but visible in darkness for several hundred metres.
