The tea tastes very nice even alone. You can add honey then it’s going to be delicious but I am trying to lower my blood sugar so I drank it without. Good taste. I need more time to see if it’s effective. I’ Not diabetic, but my blood sugar level is a bit hiegher than it supposed to be.
