Plasticy and cheap, could need replacing after a few years
There are five settings on this shower head but the only one that works effectively on my trashy Mira shower is the pleasant mist setting. The rotating dial feels cheap and I suspect it might break in time, but I'm not messing about with it much, so it might be okay. It leaks a little too, but not as much as my old one. I have a feeling my really bad plumbing might be to blame for much of this.

It's ok, just so so so gentle/weak.Ordered as need a lightweight head (our previous was heavy and used to fall out of it's latch on bop us on the heads!) but have reverted to using the heavy head smasher one as this one just dribbles. The good points though, it has loads of settings and did like the mist one, if it had more force.

Better than most
Had a few before finding this one. A lot claim to do all sorts of things but never lived up to expectations or lasted that long. This one was great for the price and did the job

Not good, have really powerful pressure this is like a super fine mist, a quick shower turned into a 30 min fight with mist after a couple of days I had to go buy another..

needed to replace my old shower head, so chose this one and at the moment only used it a couple of times, but is a good improvement on the old one, there are more settings so you can choose how you want it to flow

Light head and gentle flow
Very light and works great, very gentle flow, ok to use on baby skin as it’s so soft. Not sure how long it will last, but worthy buying, great product.
