update aug 19Still I am amazed at how well this works but I have now found that no one sells replacement O rings for it and Jebao have ignored my emails requesting a seller or measurements.Forget the 9watt 18 watt versions of this type of product and get one that does what you hoped the cheaper ones would do but never really did.quite sturdy feeling and a good design allowing pipes to be connected and then attached to the unit.Works so much quicker than the less wattage versions that you can turn it off** after two weeks and just turn it on as needed which means the bulb may not need to be replaced every year. (uv output of these bulbs reduces over time used)**dependent on volume of water and level of algaeClear water in a pond after a week with average dimensions of 3m x 1.5m x.5m half exposed to direct sun.update oct 20never heard from Jabo. I would avoid this product, even though it worked well that was due to the wattage not the manufacturer, if you can not get replacement O -rings then the unit is going to be scrapped at some point and we can do without more landfill.plenty of other makes.

This is a good product that does the job. I had a previous version for about 5 years that worked really well and was less power. This is greater power but is slower to get the pond clear. Also, the last one could be seen glowing in the dark but this one less so. Still to be recommended

Not happy the UV bulb has stopped working all ready after 2 wk's of working

Delivered next day,, superb product, clear water (20,000 litres) within 2 days. Now after 2 years of cloudy water I can actually see my sturgeon at the bottom of the pond !! great Product, efficient deliver. Problem fitting hoses as per usual especially ribbed/spiral hoses, but with decent jubilee clips and a bit of gorilla tape - bob's your uncle.

item arrived on time but was no wrapping box was not sealed with a bit of damage when I opened up the fixing brackets for the item one was broken off the other is cracked & would snap if I tried to screw to wall fortunately my old one was the same make so I used brackets from that one rather than send it back I think if it had been packaged better it would have been ok but all in all it works fine

I got this for my husband as our existing pond light died. It was cheaper than most others that he had been looking at and had some good reviews. It arrived quickly, was easy to set up and did what it said on the tin. We have had it a couple of months and the pond is lovely and clear. Give it a go if you are in need of a new pond lamp.

Only had it 16 months, the black lining/ jacket between the inner glass & the outer cylinder totally perished. Pond water sprayed out the joints on the outer cylinder!

not heard of this make? but certainly is working well so far, a lot less expensive than top brands,see how long it lasts, first impressions great .
