Delicious Premium Spaghetti
Premium spaghetti at a premium price. Although I can't justify the price, I can apricate the quality.- The sauce effortlessly clings to the spaghetti, enhancing each bite with its flavorful blend. In fact, the spaghetti itself is so enjoyable that it can be savored even without any sauce.- The noodles, slightly thicker than usual, require an additional cooking time of about 1-2 minutes to reach the perfect consistency.- The al dente texture, with its delightful chewiness, is truly a highlight.Although the spaghetti is pricey, I cannot deny the premium experience that this spaghetti delivers.

Top notch
This is a great dry pasta for the price. Has a nice bronse-cut roughness to the pasta, and is extremely long (folded over in the box) so it's roughly twice the length of standard grocery store brands.

A Delicious Artisanal Spaghetti That Can Make A Weekday Meal A Special Experience
Marulo Spaghetti is a delicious artisanal spaghetti that can make a weekday meal a special experience. As soon as you see the 17.6oz box of spaghetti, you know there is a lot of care that went into making this product. It is packaged in a sealed plastic bag prior to being placed in a gift ready box. The individual strands are long as they are curled at the ends making each strand the length of two traditional cut spaghetti. It has a thicker texture than the spaghetti that I usually purchase from the supermarket. The manufacturer calls this pasta Spaghetti Oplontini. Interestingly, the packed pasta had about a tablespoon of semolina flour in the bottom of the bag. The manufacturer notes the cooking time is 12 minutes but I found that I needed to add an additional 2 minutes to reach the al dente state. The pasta is delicious and because it is extruded with a bronze die cast, it has a rough textured outside allowing pasta sauce to grip and cling ideally. It has a delightful chew and we just loved it. We topped the spaghetti with a simple marinara sauce. My family loved its longer length as the little ones loved slurping and seeing who could do it fastest. The spaghetti is made with clean, recognizable, and pronounceable ingredients including durum wheat semolina and water. The manufacturer noted that there may be traces of soy and mustard. If you are allergic to one or both of these foods, please be aware. It is a perfect pasta to include in a homemade gift basket for a loved one. It is a Product of Italy. I was unable to locate a best by date on the product that I received. I loved this spaghetti and I will definitely be adding another order to our Amazon cart.

Fantastic pasta
This isn't your everyday, bought at the grocery store, pasta. It's so much better than that! You don't need to drown it sauce. On its own, it has great flavor. It even has a better consistency.I used the whole box yesterday, to make lunch for me and my kids. All I added to it was a jar of marinated artichoke hearts and some parmesan cheese. It was delicious!I wish the cost wasn't so high. I'd love to keep this in my pantry at all times. Unfortunately, times are tough and we have to penny pinch.2 huge thumbs up!

Seems long to cook
I'm probably not the best person to review good imported pasta as I've spent my life looking for what costs less than a buck per pound at the supermarket. Not that this would make much difference, but it comes packaged in a very swanky and classy box. So if you were thinking of giving pasta for that 50th anniversary gift, look no further. There were no cooking instructions on the box. Perhaps this is something that only neophytes need. I usually cook spaghetti for 12 minutes, so I went with that. It was still fairly solid, so I gave it another 3 minutes and served it up. At that point, it was *still* pretty al dente, but not too bad.It cooked up quite a bit thicker than spaghetti I've made in the past, which I kind of liked. It held onto the sauce well and the taste wasn't bad. I'll have to work on a proper cooking time for my tastes, though.
