Aqua Yoga: Harmonizing Exercises in Water for Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond

Pioneering Aquanatal Yoga
• It is well illustrated throughout, it can be dipped into without having to read cover to cover.• Despite being first published nearly twenty years ago, this is the only book I can find about Aqua Yoga. This is testimony to the pioneer of Aquanatal Yoga, Francoise Babira Freedman's expertise in this field.• And despite being published before the upsurge in underwater photographic technology, there are loads of fairly good quality pictures illustrating the moves.• There are diagrams clearly illustrating the anatomy and physiology, illustrating why theses techniques work.• The fundamentals and teaching points remain applicable today.• Francoise manages to deliver the instructions in easily accessible language.• Interesting tips, benefits and stories are attractively boxed

Disappointed for the beyond.
Disappointed in this book. The beyond part of the book is so tiny that I thought I had ordered the wrong book with the way it was promoted!!!

The instructions and photo make it easy for anyone new to learn properly with technique
My wife takes Aqua Yonga Classes and the detailed instruction and photo make learning, refreshing and updating new moves for her routines so very easy; highly recommend
