Filmed in a crack den
The actual workouts were pretty good. There are 6x15 minute workouts and you can pick and choose which ones you do. See below:Bounce with Becky- [ ] #1 Cardio (all on trampoline) - goes through all the bounce exercises- [ ] #2 Cardio advanced (some trampoline, some floor and can use weights) good to have floor mat- [ ] #3 Full body - Trampoline and floor - good to have some weights- [ ] #4 Abs and core - trampoline for cardio, then floor and weights (but I did the floor exercises on the trampoline)- [ ] #5 lower body toning and cardio - trampoline and cardio, with conditioning (thighs, legs and bottom) both on and off the trampoline, but I would do the floor stuff on the trampoline anyway)- [ ] #6 upper body and cardio - arms, shoulders, back. Good to have weights. Each one has a circuit you do 3 times. The trampoline bits are 20 seconds first time, 30 seconds second time, 40 seconds third time. The other exercise in between is always 20 seconds. The two worst bits are that there is no music so it’s pretty boring. I go to proper ((BOUNCE)) classes and it is nothing like them - no atmosphere. I recommend having your own music playing whilst you do it, but then you just need to pay more attention to the screen as you won’t be able to hear her.The second problem is just that the whole thing looks like it is filmed in some sort of crack den. It has a whiteboard on the side with random writing on. They haven’t tried to make it look aesthetically pleasing at all. It almost looks like she’s being held against her will (I’m sure she’s not).Anyway, the workout is good but I would prefer to do any of the free ones on YouTube as they are way more motivating.

Good follow up DVD
I did not enjoy the workouts as much the previous video by Becky but it is good to have a bit of variance from time to time.

Only been using it for a week but it certainly is hard work and you feel you've done a work out, calves especially. As yet have not done all the workouts,

Overpriced
Basic video of some woman in a scabby room doing the same thing over and over, then splitting it into 5 chapters to try and make it seem worth the money. As usual with keep fit DVD's you need other stuff - for this video its a kettel bell and thick yoga mat.
