Has a great taste. Assume it's doing its job. I think it's tough to know how much you need and for how long. Should I be finishing the bottle then on break for a while? With the tablets I took one a week for the month then was told not to take anymore for a year.

second bottle purchased, has a sweet taste although its a natural product, well needed to ensure good Vit D levels. Pricey product but it is worth is for overall good health and alsobguves the extra vit K
