Q: Is this machine noisy?

No. It isn't bad. I have the almond cow and that machine is loud but this one isn't as loud.

Q: How does this do with soy milk? Does it heat it and the milk taste good?

Yes, it heats the beans before start blending them. I usually transfer the milk to a pot and simmer it for 20 extra minutes for a better taste.

Q: why not see soymilk function on machine then how to use it for cook soy milk or nuts milk ? soup ?

Hi, this machine has three basic functions including Room temp(No heating), Warm 140℉, and Ho t212 ℉. If you use it for cook soy milk or hot beverages, please cook it with the Hot function. Hope it can help you.

Yes you can use as a nuts milk or as a oats flour
