Accurate tracker with no subscription needed
This is an amazing fitness tracker for the price point, and the biggest bonus for me is that you have full access to all of the data that it gathers without needing to pay for a subscription like FitBit makes you do. The step counter is very accurate, as are the heart rate, blood oxygen level, and body temperature readings. The phone app is very easy to set up and use. On average, my wife and I need to charge it about every four days. I do not have it passing on phone notifications, and the only time that the tracker uses the vibration motor is my hourly reminder to get up and move. The sleep tracker and blood pressure meter are not that great, but I did not purchase this unit for those features so they do not factor into my review of the device. In order to charge the unit, the wrist band needs to be removed which can be difficult. It's needed to maintain its water resistance, so it is understandable.Customer support has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We needed to contact them with questions and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, I am incredibly happy with this purchase.

Last update: 0 stars wouldn't make justice to this product.
Last update Aug 1, 2023Don't have much to say except that it is no surprise it is no longer available. This is a piece of garbage that truly doesn't do anything good.1. Sensors are ok, they are off from real ones, but that is to be expected. I think the blood pressure, which was my main drive to buy it is good enough.2. Battery life is a joke. I have turned off all monitors and just when I run them. Even then, the battery only last a couple of days at most. What makes it worst is that the watch just tends to turn off randomly, until you plug it to a usb connector to get some energy and then it start working again. The phone still has charge in it, it just sort of locks until you plug it to electricty.3. Almost no customization. The options for the face are very bland.4. App is very bland as well. Very basic info is shown.5. I( can understand watch lagging behind in the time after several days, weeks or months. But this watch pretty much needs the app to be opened every day. In 2 days, the watch is behind 10 minutes. It is ridiculous not even knowing what time really it is.Stay away from this piece of crap. Buy something else. There must be a lot better devices than this one. I even feel bad thinking about selling it, as I feel I would be robbing the buyer. Just like this company stole from me.Update May 28, 2023The watch stopped working in the middle of the night. It had 50% charge the day before. It is probably that turning on the blood pressure monitor to alwsys on truly reduces the battery life. What is very annoying is that it never provides an alert or warning that the battery is about to run out (something other brands have). It continually disconnects from the phone, as you can set it to give an alert for shan this happens and it is a constant recurrence.I have lowered to 1 star again a good is device has been a true disappointment. You are better looking for other brands. I wasn't expecting to be a perfect device, but at least in par with others in the same price range.Update May 22,2023.I decided to keep the watch and here are my impressions. My experience is pairing this watch wirh an iPhone 13.I left it overnight charging, just to see if it would turn up. I had previously followed instructions and it didn't appear to be charging. Once I got out charged, it has worked OK.Pros: I find the different trackers to be pretty accurate. It has 5 major ones: Heart Rate, Blood pressure, body temperature, oxygen level and sleep tracker. These seem to be pretty good, I even tested the blood pressure against a proper one and the differences were minimal.Materials seem to be sturdy and no need for a charging cable is pretty good. In that sense, I worry that the strap (which you need to remove to access the USB connectors) might get loose over time, but it seems that it will take a good time before that happens. The app is functional. It doesn't provide as many details as apps from other brands, but it is functional.Light from the screen is good. Could be a big brighter, but overall is not bad.Battery seems to be ok. Watch lasts about 5 days on a charge and considering it can run those trackers and also tracks steps. My previous watch lasted 12 days, so I feel it is not as good, but I can live with 5 days.Cons:The most important one is that as a watch it is pretty bad. You have to open the app at least every 2 days or the time will become off for quite a good chunk of time. After 2 days, I found the clock was delayed 13 minutes to the real time. This is just incredible annoying and one of my major gripes. The screen is not touch as most of these devices. It has a small touch area below the screen that is not as responsive as one would expect. This may not be a big thing for some people. The numbers on screen are small, so they are hard to read. It has very limited options for the watch face, and not one has a decent size of numbers. The designs are very bland, not one stands out as special. While it says it can grab messages from the phone, this function doesn't work. I have used other devices like this that synch with not just messages, but also whatsapp. This one idoesn't, which is a quite a miss.I have not really compared steps tracker or training exercises, so can't really provide an opinion there.I wonder if this watch works better paired with android devices, but in my opinion, this is not worth buying if you are an iPhone user. Good trackers in a pretty lackluster presentation. I feel I will be buying a new one in the future from another brand. The reason I didn't return it was to properly give it a try and from abroad it is a bit complicated to return to Amazon.--------original review------I went on by the reviews and decided to buy this brand. It sucks, cuz I paid a lot to have it send outside the US, and the watch even turn on when I received. I honestly think the way it charges is more or a problem than a benefit. In any case, I was not even able to try it.I will ask for a refund and try a different brand, because this is the worst experience I have had in Amazon in many many years.

Nice Smart Watch
I bought this watch because my Dr. wanted me to track my blood pressure and heartbeat rate. I also wanted to track my steps, among other things.I really like this watch, so far. I've only had it for about 2 days, so we'll have to wait and see. Some of the things I like about it are: 1.) It is easy to charge. All you have to do is pull off one of the wrist bands and plug the watch into your wall charger. 2.) The app was easy to download and is very easy to use. 3.) The watch is easy to read and has more functions than I need, but I'm enjoying exploring all of its capabilities. My only problem came with pairing it with my phone, but once I turned to the troubleshooting section of the booklet that came with it, I found that it was a personal mistake that I had made. I quickly found the way to remedy the problem and "voila!" it was fixed.Amendment: The watch worked great for the first 3 1/2 months and then one morning I woke up and it was dead. I tried to recharge it but it wouldn't recharge. I'm really disappointed because up until then, I loved it.

Tracker is nice, the software is a bit out dated
The tracker is nice only down side is you can't change the band. The software for the tracker is a bit dated. The sleep software only reports in 15 min increments and doesn't give you any idea of when you are getting your best sleep - it just lumps them into 3 categories, Light, Deep and Awake - there is no REM. Recommendations was always the same - go to be before 22:00 hrs. Blood Oxygen, Heart Rate and Body Temp is the core of the tracker. Heart rate was spot on, Blood oxygen was about 2% to high and Body Temp was about 2 degress to low. The ablity to track Blood Oxygen and Temp every 10 mins is gool but you can only track heart rate once every hour and the blood pressure option is only manual. The blood pressure measurements is just a calculation since there is no cuff and in all honesty, it can be 10-15 points off either high or low so not sure it's a great gauge. Step counter seems acurate however the exercise options there is only run, walking and cycling. tracker screen is simple however the software (DayBand) uses a font so small, you have to zoom in to read some of it. Battery life is about 2 days is you track often, if you set it to minimum tracking, you might get 5 days. Built in charger feature on the tracker is nice not having to worry about a cable but it plugs in at an angle in the USB port. If you want to see if a tracker is for you, this isn't a bad price to start with, after all wearing them is half the battle.
