So, it’s been a while, I purchased this product as the reviews were okay. Now I know before anyone comments I should have not used this item that I paid £70 for to sharpen my Japanese Zelite Knives. Right here it goes, not happy one bit, tried it on my knifes as a quick sharpen for Christmas as I have not got time to use my stones, just tried it on my 12inch blade and guess what, it absolutely destroyed the blade, look at the pictures not a happy bunny, this is going to take me ages to repair now, thanks allot for selling me such a device which is clearly not suitable for such high class knives.
